Deviate welcomes New Media and Special Project Development Intern, Daniel Knoll, to team

Annapolis, Maryland – October 21, 2011 – American University (AU) Honors Program Junior, Daniel Knoll, has joined Deviate, LLC's team of performance consultants. Daniel is bringing his superior brainpower and global exposure to help Deviate flourish through new media interactions and special projects.

“Daniel has a proven track record of being a self-starting, knowledge-seeking leader. We initially connected this summer at SigEp’s Ruck Leadership Institute hosted at the University of Richmond. He was one of the nationally recognized leaders in my group representing his home institution (American University in Washington, DC). I was impressed by his high attention to detail, follow-through, and knack of collaboration,” said Deviate founder, Ryan Blanck.

Blanck continued, “What’s really neat is, he’s leading some of our national initiatives while studying aboard at the University of Haifa in Israel. His studies are concentrated in Peace and Conflict Resolution in the Middle East and I applaud his approach – complete cultural immersion. There is no question, he will make a global impact someday and we hope to give him some skills sets to make him more effective.”

Daniel loves working with people, inspiring individuals to become more active in their community and surpass their personal and organizational goals. His discipline is paralleled into sports. Daniel has spent countless hours on the soccer field, playing at the highest level in the National Capital Soccer League, as well as competing in Europe on a U16 Jewish National Team. His passion for fitness and connection to the game has shifted to coaching, as well as working as a referee in a local DC league.
