Nettie MeluchBoard of Advisors – Product Development

Nettie Meluch is an Associate Professor of Management Development with the University of Richmond Management Institute. She consults and specializes in the areas of leadership, motivation, communications, and Myers-Briggs®.

With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a wealth of “real-world” experience and insight. As a former teacher, personnel officer, legislative aide, and public affairs manager, she knows and understands the pressure operation on managers and corporations today. Her programs are practical, fast-paced, and memorable.

Nettie has provided training and consulting to several Fortune 500 companies, as well as local banks, hospitals, law firms, manufacturing companies, and public service organizations. She has a B.S. in Education from Ohio State University and a M.A. in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and is a certified Myers-Briggs® trainer.
