In high school, Daniel spent countless hours on the soccer field, playing at the highest level in the National Capital Soccer League, as well as competing in Europe on a U16 Jewish National Team. His passion for fitness and connection to the game has shifted to coaching, as well as working as a referee in a local DC league.
Daniel is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon at AU, where he served on the recruitment committee that recruited 19 new members last spring. He also coordinated the annual philanthropy event supporting the fight against Youth AIDS. This summer Daniel was selected to attend the Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute, SigEp's "Top Gun" leadership academy.
For Daniel, family and friends always come first and he prides himself on being dependable. At the moment, he is studying abroad at the University of Haifa, located on the northern coast of Israel. There he is studying Peace and Conflict Resolution in the region.
