Val is an accountability master and visionary leader. With a background in theatre production and event management, Val engages her audience with passion and flair, all while inspiring growth and possibility for everyone around her. She loves to help people identify their hopes, dreams, and what lies deepest in their heart that leads them to dig up, plant, water, and grow into that thing we call life.
Val's experience is a veritable playground of fun jobs, cool people, and some serious hard work. She spent six years leading theatre and opera as a stage manager, a few years as an event manager, and another couple leading a team of community builders and goal setters at lululemon athletica. Val has led large and small teams and uncovered possibility in each and every person she's encountered.
Val is known as the “go-to gal” when someone needs help unearthing that special something that is going to be a game changer in his or her live.
